Dry Eyes – Look At These Tips
Tip For Today: Dry eyes
Dry eyes could be from: aging, from eyestrain (especially computers), exposure to sun (spending a lot of time outside?), it will be caused from smoke, or from the environment.
The U.S. National Library of Medicine gives these tips to soothe dry eyes:
- Use artificial tears, or other moisturizing eye drops or ointments. ( daily Check your Natural Health Store…)
- Avoid smoking, and exposure to secondhand smoke. ( This is a no-brainer
- Avoid direct exposure to wind or air conditioning.
- Use a humidifier in your home, particularly during the dry winter months.
- Rest your eyes, and blink often.
