Christmas Gift -An Improve Your Vision Program

Dear Reader,

It seems just about every success story I get thanking me for the Rebuild Your Vision Program ends with “I only wish I would have gotten this program sooner!”

And it’s obvious why people say this…

You spend years hassling with glasses or contacts, then after just a few weeks of simple eye exercises, you start to see better. You don’t need your glasses as much, and within a month or two you may not need them at all.

Hard to believe, huh?

That’s what I thought too… Until I tried the exercises.

In less then 6 weeks I improved my vision so much that I no longer needed my glasses to fly a commercial airplane full of passengers. The FAA doctor actually removed the restriction from my medical certificate.

And I’m just one of the thousands of people who have improved their vision with the Rebuild Your Vision Program.

So do yourself, a friend, and a family member a favor this Christmas. Get the Rebuild Your Vision Program and reverse the viscous cycle of deterioration your eyes are experiencing.

If you don’t, your eyes will only get worse.

You can still get it delivered to your front door by Christmas if you order by tomorrow, Tuesday the 18th.

Merry Christmas and may 2008 bring you good health, prosperity and better vision.

All my best,

Vision Tips – Improve Your Eyesight

See The Beauty

“Always See The Beauty-Rebuild Your Vision” ©

http://www.your-vision-care.com

I posted these tips about a year ago, but I think it worthwhile to share with you again. Enjoy and embrace winter. It is a beautiful season if we all look for the beauty.

Get away from the computer, the television and any other screens you may enjoy watching.  There is so much beauty to see around us.

Esential Tip #1: Monitor Your Monitor
Repositioning your monitor is an easy and effective way to avoid awkward head or eye movements. It should be squarely in front of you at a distance of 18 to 28 inches, with the top of the monitor (not the screen) level with your eyes.
You may also have to adjust the angle of your monitor to allow your eyes to remain in a natural position (straight ahead and slightly down).

Essential Tip #2: Glare Care

http://www.your-vision-care.com

Modifying your office lighting will eliminate glare and harsh reflections. First, find the source of the glare: is it coming from a window, task light, or the computer screen itself?
Adjust blinds or curtains to minimize sunlight. Turn down overhead lights so that the brightness of the screen and the surrounding room are balanced. Task lights should be positioned to provide direct light for reading and other office work but should not shine directly on the computer.

How Do Polarized Lenses Work?

Polarized lenses – Polarized sunglasses

http://tinyurl.com/2sfyso

For years, polarized sunglasses have been used by boaters and fisherman to reduce glare from the water that they spend so much time on. In the past few years, however, the benefits of polarized sunglasses have been realized by a variety of other outdoor sports enthusiasts as well as by drivers and general use wearers as well. Thus, the popularity of polarized sunglasses has increased dramatically, as has availability.

The activities that utilize the benefits of polarized sunglasses the most include, other than water sports, skiing, golfing, biking, and jogging. For these activities they offer a clearer view and eliminate glare.

How Do Polarized Lenses Work?
Light reflected from surfaces like a flat road or smooth water is generally horizontally polarized. This horizontally polarized light is blocked by the vertically oriented polarizers in the lenses. The result: a reduction in annoying and sometimes dangerous glare.

The bottom line is that whether you spend your time boating or waterskiing, in-line skating or mountain biking, driving at night or jogging at noon, polarized sunglasses are an excellent choice for sunwear.

Eye Problmes – Ppresbyopia

Rebuild Your Vision Program

The new Seattle Public Library, designed by Dutch architect Rem Koolhaus, became an international hit the minute it opened its doors. People lined up around the block to see the “Books Spiral,” the honeycombed glass windows, and the colorful new reading room…and of course, they also came to check out reading material. While most people could read the huge Dewey decimal numbers on the floor of the Books Spiral, many of them, when they got home, found their arms weren’t quite long enough to read the books they’d borrowed.

Don’t worry, these people are not suffering from Short Arm Disease, but rather a condition called “presbyopia,” -more commonly known as a sign of middle age.

Yes. In the majority of cases improvements are possible.

If improving your eyesight is important to you…
Use Natural Vision Correction

Conditions like myopia, astigmatism and hypermetropia can often be corrected fully or better than normal or at least significantly, depending on the individual condition, motivation and the inherant flexibility of the visual systems.

Having said this please always verify everything for yourself with your own senses and your own experimentations and investigations. And NEVER diagnose or treat yourself! Always, do HELP yourself.
