The problem of eye strain is a very common problem of eyes. There are many reasons of problem of eye strain such as looking into the computer for a long time, studying till late night, working in dim or bright light, watching TV for long time etc. The symptoms of problem of eye strain are pain in eyes, blurred vision, tears in eyes, headache etc. One can not concentrate in any work properly when he or she faces the problem of eye strain.

You can get rid of the problem of eye strain by doing eye exercise on regular basis. Eye exercises can not cure serious eye problems, but the practice of doing eye exercises on regular basis can strengthen the muscles of eyes. Helpful Eye Exercises

Some simple exercises can help in great way for natural vision improvement. The examples of eye exercises are as follows:

Divert Your Focus: Just hold a printed material in your hand and focus on it for 15 seconds. After this, start looking at an object at a distance of 10 feet. One should repeat this exercise at least four to five times. This eye exercise will help in relaxing the muscles of eyes.

Push ups the Eyes: Hold a pen or pencil in your hand and take it at an arms length from eyes then bring it near to the tip of nose. Bring this pen or pencil too near to the tip of nose, so that it may start appearing as double object. This exercise of eye can help in preventing eye strain.

Eye Rolling Exercise: Close the eyes softly and then roll your eyes in full circle and after some time roll the eyes in left and right direction. Repeat this process again and again. This kind of eye exercise will increase the supply of blood and oxygen to your eyes.

Use Hands to Relax Your Eyes: Just close your eyes and put your palms on your eyes for 2 seconds. Press your palms gently. Remove your specs before doing this exercise. Next, Open your eyes and look into your palms and finally, cup your hands on your eyes. These three kinds of exercises can give relaxation to your eyes.

In this way, one can do simple exercises to keep one’s eyes in sound health. The exercises related to eyes can be practiced very easily on regular basis. There is no doubt in it that exercises of eyes cannot prevent serious problems of eyes, but these exercises can be very beneficial for normal health of eyes.
