You Can Improve Your Vision
Do you notice that every once in a while your vision gets spurts of being “really good and clear”?
Wouldn’t it be super if you could actually make those few bursts of good vision permanent? Good News! You really could keep that burst of good vision.
A lot of bad vision is actually caused because of:
- near stress (looking at a single spot for long periods of time without a break to your eyes) and – staring.
We do put our eyes under undue stress causing many of our eye problems.
There is hope and good news: What you have to start doing is learn how to relax those eye muscles and teach your eyes to be able to “see into the distance” again without that staring feeling.
There are exercises and things you can do to help you relax your eyes. Here is one simple tip:
Blink! Yes it’s that simple. The next time you are on your computer, reading a text book or an instruction manual, check and see how often you blink.
Blinking is nature’s way of protecting your eyes. Near stress is our way of hurting our eyes.
Get pro-active in your vision care. It’s eays and it’s NOT expensive:
