How can eating fish actually help your eyesight?
Computer screens, cell phones, monitors, ipads, these are all affecting our eyes in a very detrimental way. Our eye health is paying the price for the new monitor device addictions we have. In more ways than one.
- Dry Eye: Dry eyes is one major problem with our new “device” addiction. This is because we stare at our screen, sometimes for hours and hours at a time. And many times the screen is small, and it takes a lot of “eye strain” to read what’s on the screen.
- We stop blinking for long periods of time, this is part of the cause for dry eyes
- Because our eyes do not “roam”, both far and near, certain eye muscles are getting weak.
One way to remedy this is: Every 15 minutes, look away, preferably at something far away. Focus on something else, to use all your eye muscles.
Deteriorating vision may also be because of the blue light that is emitted from: smartphones, or HEV light.
Unfortunately, deteriorating eyes can affect all ages.
It is possible to improve our vision with eye nutrition and eye vitamins, and even eye exercises. These have been known to help prevent, or even treat dry eyes. Also, they can reduce the risk of: macular degeneration cataracts, and even aging vision. Taking fish oil can be very beneficial for your eye health. And, for your heart, your brain and much, much more.
