Eye Pillow – There Really Is Such A Thing

Natural Vision Improvement markets itself as a lifestyle method of improving eyesight by holistic means without the use of optical devices. Vision Care … Rebuild Your Vision

I have one, they are very cool :)

Depending on how soundly you sleep you may awaken with an eye ache from pushing and rubbing the eye quite hard into the pillow, which puts a strain on the eye and can cause blurry vision upon waking.

The sleep positions that are more apt to do this type of harm come from
sleeping on the side or stomach. To combat rubbing the eyes subconsciously during sleep try wearing an eye pillow.

Vision: Top Tips for Tough Times

Improve Your Vision Naturally Without Glasses, Contacts, or Surgery! Click Here To Find Out More...

By now, we all know that the worldwide economy is in rough shape, and it’s not likely to recover overnight. Everyone’s looking for ways to cut back their spending, and sometimes, it turns out, the old ways our grandmothers practiced are the best: instead of Windex, clean your windows with vinegar and water. To cure a cigarette habit, take before breakfast 1/2 teaspoon each of rochelle salts and cream of tartar; also chew ginseng root and swallow the juice. Use old shirts cut into rags to clean the house instead of purchasing paper towels.

Rebuild Your Vision – Naturally

Well, it turns out Grandma knew a lot about eye care, too. The eye exercises in the Rebuild Your Vision program are based on techniques that have been around for decades, way before contact lenses and Lasik surgery were invented. These time-tested techniques not only save your vision, but they also save you money—plenty, as it turns out.

A tip on how to relax your eyes.

Briskly rub your palms to charge them with electricity and place the cupped palms over your closed eyes. The fingers of the right hand should be crossed over the fingers of the left hand on the forehead.

Or, having a hot cup’a something? Warm your hands up on the cup instead (just make sure it’s not HOT)

The elbows should rest on a desk or table, and the neck should be kept straight. Don’t bend your head. Do deep breathing while palming your eyes.
